I like to make art that can be used every day, or just on special or ceremonial occasions. Bowls, candelabra, bracelets, tables, chairs, fences and gates -- all are one of a kind.

With wood bowls I approach wood turning as an artist. The essence of my art is to honor the nature of wood. I love turning green, fresh, un-dried wood because it is living, transforms itself as it is turned and changes even more as it dries.
